With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

You should allow 48 hours to receive your order, e.g if your order is placed on a Monday it will go out on Tuesday for delivery Wednesday. If you happen to be out at the time of the delivery a card will be left.

Please note that we are in the hands of the courier when delivering your goods and can not be responsible for any un‐avoidable delays in shipping times. All goods (sales or service) must be paid for (ideally by credit/charge card) before goods are dispatched.

But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later).

After the initial 30 days, you can't demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement.

In addition to our Returns Policy, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods if you are an online, mail or telephone order customer. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods.

Warranty lengths for Caygill frames are material specific: Steel 5 years, Alloy 2 years, and Carbon 2 years. Faulty items will be accepted and processed according the Manufacturer's terms and conditions. Some items do have to be sent back to the manufacturer first before we can agree on any replacement/refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please allow 2-3 working days for us to process your return to us.

Deposits for items requested to be stored in house for any period of time are non refundable. This includes bikes stored for future collections and items specifically ordered in for customers which we would not normally carry in stock.

The element of building varies from each brand of bike purchased. Bikes purchased in Store will be fully built ready for you to ride away and with a Free Service taken within 2 months of purchase date.

Maxxis Minion DHR II 3C MaxxGrip DoubleDown Tubeless Tyre in Black

Brand:Maxxis

Code:VARMINIONDHR23CMTDDBLK

The trail version of the Maxxis Minion DHR II features the same tread pattern as its downhill counterpart, but utilises lighter weight casings.

With side knobs borrowed from the legendary Minion DHF, but widened to provide more support, the DHR II corners like no other. Refined and redesigned, it is ready to shred any line with wider shoulder knobs for better cornering and paddle-like centre knobs for improved braking. The ramped and siped tread ensures these tyres roll fast and track straight under braking.

3C MaxxTerra is an intermediate compound configuration used in select mountain tyres. It is softer and offers more traction than 3C MaxxSpeed, yet provides better treadwear and less rolling resistance than MaxxGrip. For those seeking the ultimate in grip, 3C MaxxGrip uses the softest rubber compounds to offer slow rebound properties for unparalleled traction in downhill applications.

DoubleDown (DD) is the next step in the evolution of the dual-ply tyre casing for enduro and downhill racing. Two 120 TPI casing layers reinforced with a butyl insert provide the rider with the support and protection of a downhill tyre, but in a lighter package. Alternatively, EXO protection features an extremely cut-resistant and abrasion-resistant material added to the sidewalls, ensuring performance remains unaffected on rocky, treacherous trails.

Wide Trail (WT) construction optimises the tyre's tread layout and profile on today's modern, wider rims. Traditional tyres designed around older, narrower rims can create an overly square tyre profile; WT tyres are optimised for a 35mm inner rim width but are proven to work over a range from 30-35mm.

Tubeless Ready tyres provide the ability to run lower air pressures, which improves traction, offers lower rolling resistance, and reduces the chance of flatting. A Tubeless Ready bead securely locks to the rim and the foldable bead provides additional weight savings.
